FAQ’s

  • If you do not receive a call at your scheduled appointment time do not worry. Sometimes appointments can run longer and the providers may be a bit behind. You will eventually get a call.

  • If you are having issues with a pharmacy whether its inventory issues or refusal to fill, please find an alternative pharmacy and submit a ticket via our support page notifying us of the pharmacy change request.

  • You can send us a message through our contact us form and we will work to complete the prior authorization as soon as possible after we receive your request from the pharmacy.

  • We diagnose and treat many conditions. Prescriptions we commonly fill include Suboxone/Subutex, antibiotics, cold medicine, medications for STD’s, asthma, erectile dysfunction, blood pressure, and diabetes medications.

  • We cannot prescribe any controlled substances other than Suboxone/Subutex. We also cannot prescribe medications that require close monitoring such as Warfarin, chemotherapy agents, Lithium, etc. And at this time we also cannot prescribe most hormone replacement medications or compounded medications as well.

  • This depends on which medications you are being prescribed. Most medications can be refilled for a 3 month time period with the exception of medications for opioid use disorder which can only be filled in 30 day maximal intervals.

  • Most questions will be answered within 72 hours.

  • We prescribe Buprenorphine (Subutex) and Buprenorphine-Naloxone (Suboxone) for the management of Opioid use disorder.

  • Yes, we require random drug tests. And drug testing kits can be added when booking your appointment.

  • New patients need to make two appointments 1 week apart to make sure that they are responding well to the medication and the dose is appropriate.
